Offered during Phase I, these classes can partially fulfill your general education requirement while appealing to your desire for academic enrichment and excellence.
In Phase II, you will take a 300- or 400-level course outside your major called the Honors Seminar. Several of these are offered each semester and are intended to enhance aesthetic appreciation, develop powers of reasoning and analysis and promote better understanding of the human condition.
Located in the Campus Life Building near the center of campus, the Honors Center provides honors students with a relaxing atmosphere where you can study between classes or use the computer lab. The center also houses the staff offices where students have access to advising, special events, seminars and meetings.
